Management Structure

General management of the Expansion Project is carried out by the Consortium itself. However, control over fulfillment of specific types of work is distributed between the subsidiaries of Transneft (construction of facilities in Russia), KazMunayGas (construction of facilities in Kazakhstan), and Chevron (SPM installation, SCADA upgrade, and MT Tank Farm expansion).
