CPC-R Board of Directors meeting and CPC-K Extraordinary General Shareholders’ meeting were held on September 28/29 in Astana

CPC signed cooperation agreements with host regions crossed by the pipeline at the Sochi 2010 International Investment Forum held on 16-19 September. The documents were signed by the Krasnodar Krai Administration, the Stavropol Krai Government and the Mayor of Novorossiysk.

Today Caspian Pipeline Consortium together with the local office of RF Ministry of Emergencies ran a comprehensive emergency oil spill response drill at the Kuban River crossing in Abinsky District of Krasnodar Krai.

Annual General Meeting of CPC-R Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of CPC-K Shareholders were held in Rome on May 25-27, 2010

Due to expiration of the term of office of General Director V.Yu. Razdukhov, at today’s meeting of CPC-R Board of Directors and Extraordinary General Meeting of CPC-K Alexander Tarakanov was elected new General Director of both companies effective May 1, 2010. Mr. Tarakanov was nominated by Transneft representing the interests of the Russian Government Shareholder.

The certification audit of the CPC Occupational Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) conducted by the recognized international certification agency BSI (British Standards Institute) has completed successfully

Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) finished loading the 2000th crude oil tanker at its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk today since commissioning.

CPC-R Board of Directors’ and CPC-K Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meetings were held in Moscow on February 4 and 11.

Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) lifted 34.574 million tons of crude oil for export through its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk in 2009, up 9.9% on 2008. 319 tankers were loaded from CPC’s single point moorings in 2009.
