CPC guarantees efficient and environmentally safe movement of crude oil

The Project is designed to increase the trunk pipeline capacity

During the 1st quarter 2009, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) loaded out 8765 thousand tons of crude oil at its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk, which is 20.5% more than in the same period last year (7272 thousand tons). In March, 3044 thousand tons were loaded, or 22% more than in March 2008.

An all time high since 2001 when the pipeline system was brought on line, this remarkable performance has been achieved without detriment to the reliability of system operations and with due compliance with all HSE requirements.
