CPC congratulates the hero of an anniversary

Caspian Pipeline Consortium has donated some modern buses to cultural institutions in Kalmykia.
Keys to two Ford Transit buses were handed over in a formal ceremony that took place on November 8, being associated with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the National Drama Theater named after B. Basangov.
The event was attended by Igor Zotov, Acting Governor of Kalmykia, Ulyumdzhi Chidzhiyev, CPC Kalmykia Government Relations Representative, and theater directors and actors.
Besides the “hero of the anniversary", the drama theater itself, there was another happy new bus owner, the National Orchestra of Kalmykia. The total cost of the buses donated was more than 5 million rubles
Supporting culture is one of the priorities in CPC’s community-related activities. In 2009 CPC paid for delivery of  lighting and sound stage equipment for the republican tour and concert institution "Kalmconcert" for RUR 12.5 million rubles. In 2012, the company’s funds were used to pay for major repairs of a Children's Art Center in the village of Komsomolsky in the Chernozemelsky District costing over RUR 20 million, and in 2013 a comfortable 49-seater Higer bus was purchased for the  Kalmykian state song and dance ensemble  "Tulip"  for  RUR 5.3 million. There is also the CPC-to-Talented-Children program that has been in place in Kalmykia for many years, helping to find young talents among elementary school students in the republic.
For reference.

The length of the pipeline connecting the oil fields in Western Kazakhstan with the Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk is 1,511 km.
