Kairgeldy Kabyldin Awarded the Third Class Barys Order

Today in Astana Republic of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has awarded Kairgeldy Kabyldin, CPC-K Deputy General Director, with the Third Class Barys Order. 
At the ceremony of award held in the Akorda residence on the eve of the Day of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted Kairgeldy Kabyldin’s special merits in development of the country’s oil transportation system.
Kairgeldy Kabyldin started his career in 1978 in the USSR Glavtransneft system.  He worked as a service engineer, engineer in Pavlodar District Oil Pipeline Department of Transsib Production Enterprise, Pavlodar PS Head. During 1989-1993 - Head of Mechanization and Automation Section, Deputy General Director, Trunk Crude Pipelines of Kazakhstan and Central Asia Production Enterprise. In different times he held senior and managing positions in the RK Ministry of Energy and Fuel Resources, RK Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry, KazTransOil, Transport of Oil and Gas National Company, KazMunaiGaz, Kazakhstan Holding for Management of State Assets - Samruk.  He took an active part in development of Tengiz – Novorossiysk crude pipeline, Kazakhstan - China crude pipeline system, in development and adoption of the RK Law On Trunk Pipeline.
In 2016, Kairgeldy Kabyldin was appointed for the position of CPC-K Deputy General Director, RK Government Relations. He is awarded with Kurmet Order, Parasat Order, KazMunayGas Merit Badge, he was given an honorable title of Honored Oil Worker of the Russian Federation.
The Barys Order is awarded for special services: consolidation of the statehood and sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, maintaining peace, consolidation of society and unity of the Kazakhstan people, in the state, production, scientific, social and cultural and public activities; strengthening of cooperation between the peoples, rapprochement and mutual enrichment of national cultured, friendly relationship between the states.

The CPC pipeline system is one of the largest investment projects with foreign capital in the energy sector in the CIS. The length of the pipeline connecting oil fields in Western Kazakhstan with the Marine Terminal in Novorossiysk is 1,511 km. CPC’s Marine Terminal is equipped with Single Point Moorings that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, including bad weather conditions.
