Stage 1 of the CPC to Talented Children 2019 festival is over

At the end of March 2019 the jury summarized the results of Stage 1 of the CPC to Talented Children festival. For reference: launched exactly two decades ago, now the competition of children amateur groups and solo performers covers all the regions of Russia where the Consortium is present. Starting from this year the event becomes international in character due to the participation of gifted children from Kazakhstan.  
This year, the festival jury consisting of well-known people of art, merited artists of Russia, pedagogues, winners of various international competitions has received 2,028 video clips. The number of contestants amounted to 9.1 thousand, i.e. a third more than in 2018 (6.2 thousand). 3 thousand participants represent Stavropol Krai, 1.2 thousand children – Astrakhan Region, 3.8 thousand – Krasnodar Krai, including Novorossiysk, 1.1 thousand – Republic of Kalmykia.
The next stage of the festival - master classes and gala concerts in regional centers with awarding of winners and runners-up in various art nominations. The first regional stage of the festival shall be held from 5 to 8 April in Stavropol.  Here master classes shall be held by leading Russian and foreign pedagogues in variety jazz singing, choreography, acting, string and bowed string instruments.
For reference: in the Stavropol Krai 200 participants took part in the Theater nomination, a milestone event, taking into account that the 2019 year has been declared the Year of Theater in Russia.
From 21 to 24 April the regional stage will be held in Elista, and from 26 to 29 April – in Astrakhan.
The regional stage of the festival shall be completed by the master classes and gala concerts in Krasnodar (20-23 September) and Novorossiysk (27-20 September).
Selected by the professional jury, the winners and runners-up of the competition (250 in total) shall have a right to participate in Stage 3 of the festival - the Unifying Cultural Forum in Moscow scheduled for 26 – 30 October 2019. There they will be joined by winners and prizetakers of the CPC to Talented Children festival from Kazakhstan.
The CPC to Talented Children festival contributes to preserving the originality of folk traditions and culture, gives the chance to young talents to reveal themselves and to acquire new skills during master classes with well-known teachers. Each year the festival discovers bright new “stars”, who then honorably represent their region at All-Russia's and international creativity competitions.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects in energy sector with participation of foreign capital in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz–Novorossiysk Pipeline is 1,511 km; it transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including the Caspian Region.
