CPC guarantees efficient and environmentally safe movement of crude oil

“CPC for Talented Children Festival, 2019” second round finalized in Kalmykia

24 April 2019 Elista Youth Center hosted a gala concert and award ceremony for winners and runners-up in the regional round of the CPC for Talented Children Festival 2019. CPC Deputy General Director for RF Government Relations Mr. Mikhail Grishankov and Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kalmykia Boova Badmaev attended the award ceremony.
Before the Gala, the regional round winners and their mentors attended several days of master classes organized by notable arts figures, Honored Artists of Russia, laureates of various international competitions. Classes for the kids and their creative advisors were given by Alfred Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music docent Kristina Sharabidze; choreography director, international and Russian dance schools’ Hip-hop and Jazz-funk instructor Imo Elswisy (Italy, Egypt), Russian Institute of Theater Arts (RATI-GITIS) instructor, actor, director Mikhail Bekhterev, Moscow Humanities University (MosGU) Pop/Jazz Singing Department senior instructor Inna Kozhikhova.
It is worth noting 1200 entrants took part in 2019 in the regional round of CPC for Talented Children Festival 2019 in Kalmykia, who represented 55 cultural/educational institutions from 16 communities of the Republic. The best fifty participants qualified to perform at the final gala concert in Moscow.
In all, 250 winners from Russian regions that are home to CPC production and infrastructure facilities will participate in the Festival’s third round – the Unifying Cultural Forum in Moscow, scheduled for 26–30 October 2019. Here, they will be joined by laureates of CPC for Talented Children Festival from Kazakhstan where this competition runs this year for the first time.
By way of background, CPC for Talented Children Festival is a showcase for children’s amateur performing arts groups and individual performers that originated exactly two decades ago this year and today spans all of the Consortium’s areas of presence in Russia.
CPC for Talented Children Festival contributes to preserving original folk traditions and cultural identity, helps young talents to thrive, gain new skills through master classes with well-known teachers. Each year, the Festival discovers new bright “little stars” who will proudly represent their region at nationwide Russian and international creativity contests.

The CPC Pipeline System is one of CIS largest energy investment projects that involves foreign capital. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1 511 km; this route moves over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil along with crude from Russian fields including those in the Caspian region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three single-point moorings (SPM) that enable safe tanker loading operations at a significant distance offshore including loading in adverse weather conditions.
