Caspian Pipeline Consortium purchased the state-of-the-art medical equipment for the total of 33.7 million Rubles for S. Kirov City Clinical Hospital No. 3.  The medical treatment facility received 10 artificial respirators with a complete set of anesthetic tools and 21 patient monitors for transmission of data referring to five parameters (oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure, electrocardiogram, respiratory rate and temperature). The equipment will help the clinic’s doctors to efficiently ensure the continuous emergency medical services to patients with a heavy degree of damage of different etiology, including the cases of acute respiratory disturbance, and to monitor patients’ key parameters in a comprehensive manner during intricate medical interventions.
Annually, the Center’s specialists deliver medical care to about 6,000 musculo-skeletal patients, handicapped people and patients with nervous disorder. An absolute compliance with personal hygiene and sanitation standards and rules is the most important factor of successful rehabilitation of that type of patients. CPC purchased a modern laundry facility for 4 million Rubles for the needs of Astrakhan Oblast Social Rehabilitation Center called Rus.
As a reminder: Caspian Pipeline Consortium provides considerable support to the health care sphere in Astrakhan Oblast. In 2014-2018 alone, CPC allocated over 160 million Rubles towards those purposes. Acquisition of a CT unit for N. Silischeva Oblast children’s clinical hospital, an angiographic unit for Alexander and Maria Oblast clinical hospital and ambulances became the most significant projects in that sphere.
On the same day, 3 September 2019, CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban attended the opening ceremony of the regional HR competition “Governor’s Talent Pool”. This competition held under the auspices of the Acting Governor of Astrakhan Oblast Igor Babushkin is targeted to find professionals mostly prepared for strategic decision-making who have deep knowledge of the region’s problems and relevant personal and business qualities and who are able to take their rightful place in the management of Astrakhan Oblast.
