CPC guarantees efficient and environmentally safe movement of crude oil

CPC Takes Part in Improvement of Medical Aid Quality for Astrakhan Region Children

On 23 October 2019, the Regional Children Clinical Hospital named after N.N. Silischev hosted a ceremony of the latest medical equipment handover. The event was attended by CPC Deputy General Director for RF Government Relations Mikhail Grishankov, Astrakhan Region Governor Igor Babushkin, Acting Chief Doctor of the hospital Yury Yasnopolsky and other officials.
The Consortium allocated about RUR 9.2 million for procurement of five artificial lung ventilation apparatuses of expert class Tesme Neumovent GraphNet neо. The equipment was received by Resuscitation and Intensive Care Unit No. 3 and intended for developmental care of newborns and infants.
“The new artificial lung ventilation apparatuses have all required modes of forced and support lung ventilation, they will make it possible to perform softer lung ventilation for newborns”, - noted Yury Yasnopolsky,  Acting Chief Doctor of the Regional Children Clinical Hospital named after N.N. Silischev.
Annually, the above hospital provides high-tech medical aid to more than 25 thousand children, and over 300 newborns in the Resuscitation and Intensive Care Unit. Duration of treatment in the unit may exceed four months and conditions therein are all in line to provide proper and affordable medical aid for infants.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects in energy sector with participation of foreign capital in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz–Novorossiysk Pipeline is 1,511 km; it transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor weather conditions.
