CPC to Talented Children Festival Round Two Starts

20210927.jpgCPC to Talented Children 2021 Festival Round Two Started on 24 September 2021 in the Stavropol Krai. Young talents from the Izobilnensky, Ipatovo, Apanasenkovsky, Trunovsky, Turkmensky, Novoaleksandrovsk Districts and the city of Stavropol take part in the festival. At this stage the competitors improve themselves in master classes organized by leading tutors and stage professionals. Given the pandemic the events take place on a remote basis using Zoom.

Also the round two includes round tables of judges with contestant tutors debriefing numbers of young contestants and provide methodological recommendations. The program is amended by a workshop for tutors and heads of children’s performance groups to discuss relevant topics of supplementary education pedagogy.

The contest is traditionally conducted in the Astrakhan Region, Republic of Kalmykia, Stavropol Krai and Krasnodar Krai. The CPC to Talented Children festival is one the actively developing contests in the RF aimed at cultural education of young citizens, support of children’s and teenage crafts.

For reference, this year 3,778 applications have been received to be judged by professional jury, and the total number of participants marked another record – approximately 15,000. It is planned that the best of them will perform at the final gala concert in end 2021.
