The third 2021 issue of CPC Panorama is out of print. General Director Nikolay Gorban congratulated the personnel on the 25th anniversary of CPC-R and CPC-K. The operation-related section gives an update on the Debottlenecking Program at the CPC Marine Terminal, Astrakhan PS and PS-2. A special section presents a detailed review of the incident at the MT on August 7, namely containment and response efforts, technical and environmental actions.
The September issue brings the key events of 2021 into focus: the 30th Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the 20th International Exhibition “Neftegaz”, the 7000th tanker loaded by CPC, and retrospectively – tanker inventors in Astrakhan.

The CPC Pipeline System is one of CIS largest energy investment projects that involves foreign capital. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route moves over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil along with crude from Russian fields including those in the Caspian region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM), allowing tankers to be loaded safely at significant distance offshore, including in poor weather conditions
