Tender for awarding a topping unit sales contract |  | |
CJSC Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R (hereinafter CPC) hereby declares that it accepts bids from potential buyers under the tender for awarding a topping unit sales contract.
Location of Units:
Two units are assembled and installed, one at the Marine Terminal located in
Primorsky District,
353900
Novorossiysk,
Krasnodar Krai,
Russian Federation,
another at the Kropotkin PS at
Kuban Flowers kolkhoz,
Krasnodar Krai,
RF.
The third unit is not assembled and it is stored partially at the Komsomolsk PS at
Chernozemelsky District,
Republic of Kalmykia,
RF
and partially at the Marine Terminal (see the address above).
The date for statement of interest submission is 15 March 2008, by 1:00 pm.
Companies interested in the purchase of the topping units shall forward their bids to

Inspection of the topping unit to be sold prior to submission of an application to bid is possible subject to getting the inspection time agreed beforehand.
Qualification requirements to the Bidders:
- Financial security supported by accounting balance sheets for two full years and reporting period;
- Submission of a Performance Bond of 10% of the contract value issued by a first class bank in favor of CPC covering the entire contract term;
- Ability to ensure 100% advance payment of the goods to be purchased;
- Ability to ensure with its own resources and at its cost the removal and customer pick-up of the topping units from the Vendor’s territory.
- Willingness to use the standard CPC contract provisions.
A mandatory requirement is to submit – together with the application to bid – of a filled-in Supplier’s Questionnaire.
Соntract signing will be possible only subject to availability of a positive resolution of the CPC Shareholders’ Meeting.
