Tender for CISCO communication equipment for CPC-K |  | |
JSC Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K (hereinafter “CPC”) hereby announces the open tender (hereinafter the “Tender”) for conclusion of a 2-year frame agreement to purchase CISCO communications equipment for CPC-K needs.
Authorized CISCO partners meeting the following criteria (the prior experience of working for CPC is desirable) are invited to bid:
- Presence of the status of manufacturer’s (Cisco) partner.
- Presence of manufacturer’s authorization to work for CPC (the draft letter is attached).
- Mandatory acceptance of terms and conditions of the CPC Purchase Order standard form (attached).
- Presence of competent staff capable of 100% processing of the purchase order, conducting a competent expert assessment in the event of the need to find replacements/analogues for the required product range and providing technical expert advice to CPC specialists.
- Stable financial position.
- Experience in Cisco equipment supplies.
- Readiness to supply equipment on the basis of 100% payment upon receipt of goods.
The pre-qualification process will include the audit of potential bidders’ documentation.
All CISCO authorized partners interested to bid shall submit to CPC in a timely manner a letter-application of your company’s intention to participate in this tender (in any form) and a fully completed questionnaire with attachments.
The document submission deadline: 13:00 (Moscow time), 18 May 2009.
