In accordance with the requisition the Expansion Project will require 160 units of complete frame and modular buildings consisting of:
- Administrative Building
- Lubricant Storage Heating Station Module
- Switchgear Building with PTS
- Check Point.
- Inspection Check Point
- Main Pump Station Building Design and Supply
- Material Storage
- Medical Center with Sickbay
- Fire-Fighting Pump Station Building
- Personnel Living Quarters
- Control Room Building
- Guard Post
- Repair Shop with Car Parking
- Acetylene Cylinder Storage
- Oxygen Cylinder Storage
- Fuel and Lubricant Storage Heating Station Module

| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Participant is the manufacturer of materials and equipment or an official distributor
- Participant confirmed his capability to supply materials and equipment in compliance with CPC requirements (technical specifications, data sheets) and with applicable quality standards
- Participant has proven record of successful supply of similar equipment to oil and gas (or other) companies for the last 3 years
- Participant has a documented corporate HSE policy
- Participant has a certified quality assurance program (ISO 9001, TUV, etc.)
- Participant has sound financial position for at least the last 3 years
- Participant has no claims (complaints) from CPC related to other contracts
