| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Availability of partnership status with the manufacturer (Comtech EF Data).
- Compulsory acceptance of the terms and conditions of the CPC Purchase Order Standard Form (attached).
- Availability of highly professional personnel capable of ensuring 100% processing of requisitions and providing qualified expert appraisal, if necessary, for selection of replacements/analogues against the required product range, as well as technical consultations to CPC specialists.
- Stable financial position.
- Experience in Comtech EF Data equipment deliveries, including those to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Preparedness to deliver equipment against the payment terms of “100% payment upon actual delivery”.
