| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Availability of highly professional personnel capable of ensuring 100% processing of requisitions and providing qualified expert appraisal, if necessary, for selection of replacements/analogues against the required product range, as well as technical consultations to CPC specialists;
- Stable financial status;
- Experience in the fire equipment delivery including but not limited to Kazakhstan;
- Willingness to supply the equipment with 100% payment upon receipt or minimal prepayment;
- Good record with the oil companies in delivering the equipment and materials.
