| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Bidder should have all types of licenses required in the Republic of Kazakhstan to implement the Agreement, permits, resources, competence, experience, qualification, professional skills.
- Bidder should possess work experience with oil and gas, fuel and energy companies. Over the indicated period (from 2006 to application submission date) it should have provided similar in nature, scope and complexity services.
- Bidder should have sufficient numbers of own personnel of appropriate qualification to perform the entire work scope independently.
- Bidder should have sufficient financial resources, stable financial position, not be under liquidation or reorganization, not found bankrupt. Bidder’s assets should not be seized.
- Bidder should fully meet obligations of tax payments to budgets of all levels and compulsory payments to state non-budgetary funds.
