- Registration in self-regulating organization and certificate on engineering surveys and designing work permit in accordance with Resolution МРРФ №274 of 09.12.08
- Working experience in oil & gas industry
- Qualified personnel
- Equipment availability
- Financial soundness ;
- Bilingual design documentation (Russian and English)
