| Purchase Description |
The following goods/services/works shall be purchased:

The Contractor is supposed to perform the internal inspection of two CPC pipeline segments with a radial beam ultrasonic tool (WM) and a magnetic flux tool (TFI) in 2010 as follows:
- KP 116 – KP 204 – ID 700 mm, 88 km;
- KP 204- KP 390 – ID 1000 mm, 186 km.
- The inspection shall be carried out by Contractor in strict compliance with RD 153-39-029-98, VRD 45.07.04 and requirements approved by the participants of the forum of Pipeline Operators, Version 3.2, January 2005.
- The following scope of works to be completed:
- Personnel and equipment mobilization and demobilization
- Cleaning pigs (gauging, glands and pig scrapers) passage
- Diagnostic inspection (ultrasonic and magnetic intelligent pigs passage)
- Interpreting obtained data and provision of reports
- Diagnostic inspection shall proceed in a week after agreement signing and the report shall be submitted not later than in 45 days after inspection completion. Data on critical defects shall be provided not later than within 7 days since the inspection is completed.
The inspection is planned to be carried out in the transported product medium – oil.
Start – June-July 2010 indicative
The 2010 successful bidder can be retained to run the internal inspection of the CPC pipeline section KP 390 – KP 578 ID 1000 mm in 2011.

| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Bidders being qualified for participation in tender shall meet the following major criteria:
Major prequalification criteria are:
- availability with Contractor of all required licenses and permits;
- proper equipment required to complete comprehensive diagnostic inspection of the oil pipeline sections;
- documentary confirmed experience in performance of smart pigging works on other pipelines of large diameter during last 3 years;
- Contractor’s financial stability;
- passing audit of CPC security service;
- documentary proved sufficient number of qualified technical and working personnel to maintain above equipment;
- documentary prove of available engineers for smart pigging data interpreting and analysis;
- positive previous experience of work with CPC or other large petroleum companies (documentary confirmed).
Bidders failed to prove above requirements will not be allowed to participate in the tender.
