| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Availability of all required licenses and permits
- Experience in similar projects for the last 3 year (documentary evidence)
- Business solvency
- Adequate specialists and workers of relevant qualifications (documentary evidence)
- Good track record with CPC or feedbacks from other oil majors (documentary evidence)
Bidders failing to meet the aforementioned requirements shall not be allowed to bid.
