| Purchase Description |
Goods/work/services to be purchased:
- Materials pursuant to the design titled “Recoating of the CPC Oil Pipeline Crossings of Motor and Rail Roads, KP 204 – KP 390”, including but not limited to:
- Inspect 100% of pipe products with the participation of dedicated expert company
- Transport
- Inspect pipe products upon shipment
- Storage
- Construction and installation work pursuant to the Recoating of the CPC Oil Pipeline Crossings of Motor and Rail Roads, KP 204 – KP 390 approved by Customer including but not limited to:
- Clean sites upon work completion
- Pressure-test the completed pipeline sections
- Perform bank reinforcement (sheet-piling) on waterway crossings for the purposes of major pipeline repairs with recoating
- Work out and submit as-built documentation
- Perform contingent work

| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Availability of all the required licenses and authorizations
- Documented experience in similar work for the last 3 years
- Financial solvency
- Successful passing of the CPC Security Audit
- Adequate headcount of qualified specialists and workers reinforced by documents
- Positive track records with CPC or other oil majors (documented)
Bidders failing to meet the aforementioned requirements shall not be bid-eligible.
