Bidder’s Prequalification Notice
The Organizer hereby notifies the bidders of the prequalification to be conducted in regards of a subject tender.
All legal entities, entrepreneurs and their associations that are compliant with the criteria set out herein and capable on supplying the subject Delivery are invited to participate in prequalification.
Those who successfully passed the prequalification will be invited to bid and send the bid package.
The Organizer may decline to proceed with the tender at any time. The Organizer shall not reimburse bidders for any expenses or losses incurred in relation to their participation in the tender.
All parties compliant with the criteria set out herein and interested in prequalification should send an Application and all required documentation to the Tender Board Secretary per the procedure described in the Prequalification Package.

| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Must have not less than 2- year experience of supply of personal protection equipment to СIS countries;
- Possibility of small lot deliveries of entire range of local and imported PPE from different manufacturers;
- Special tailoring of protective clothes in CPC corporative style under individual orders;
- Must have Certificates of Compliance, Quality, Origin, Hygienic, Еxplosion/Fire proof and other Certificates of ЕN and Resp. of Kazakhstan

Those who submitted false information on their experience and financial status or were found in breach of CPC Code of Business Conduct will be disqualified and included in the Disapproved Bidder List. Such companies will be prohibited to participate in all tenders carried out by Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
