CPC guarantees efficient and environmentally safe movement of crude oil

The second stage of “CPC for talented children festival ended in Kazakhstan

20191007-1.jpg20191007-2.jpgA young talent competition gala concert a took place in Atyrau on October 3, 2019 as part of Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s CPC for Talented Children international program. Symbolically, the event was organized on the eve of City Day and the brilliant show program of the concert became a truly busy and colorful event for the region’s residents and competition participants. Young prize and award winners of the second (live) stage performed on stage together with prominent performing artists, Kazakhstan’s stars.

The spectators of the gala concert, including parents and teachers, noted that the competitors showed higher professionalism and confidence compared with their acts during try-outs. That was resulted from master classes given by professors and teachers of the Kazakh National Arts University: Raysa Musakhadayeva, an RoK honored artist (instrumental genre); Nyrlan Izmailov, an RoK honored artist (instrumental genre); Shakhimardan Abilov, an RoK honored artist, academician, professor (vocal); and Tamara Asar (vocal), a Kazakh variety show star awarded a Kurmet order; Gulzhan Talpakova, a people's artist of RoK (choreography); Balzhan Bidash, a Kazakh variety show start (vocal); Asiya Tuganbayeva, director of the ISMER vocal studio; Elmira Kasybayeva, an RoK honored culture worker (vocal); Zhan Mukanov and Galiya Baybosynova, well-known Kazakhstani producers of TV projects and international children's competitions.

During their master classes, the teachers helped young talents to open up their creative potential as much as possible, showing the uniqueness and individuality of each talent.

Based on the results of the live competition, the first place winners are:

  • Choreography nomination: the Ylgili Akkaiyn group (juniors); the Zhem Aruy group (seniors);
  • Vocal nomination: Nazgul Baymenova (juniors); Zhansaya Yunusova (seniors);
  • Instrumental Genre nomination: Asan Sisengali (junior group) and Botagoz Suleymen (senior group);

 

The Grand Prix was received by the Akkettik orenderi instrumental orchestra from the Tupkaragansky District of the Mangistau Region and a representative of Kulsary in the Atyrau Region, Dana Mazhitova, who performed in the Vocal nomination. Gran Prix winners will go to Moscow for the final stage of the CPC for Talented Children competition, which will take place from October 26 till 30, 2019.

As a reminder, the Jas-tolqyn competition is the first charity project for talented children living in the Atyrau, Aktyubinsk, Mangystau and Western Kazakhstan Regions organized as part of Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s CPC for Talented Children international program.

The Jas-tolqyn competition started in June earlier this year. It is funded by charity funds of Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K and TengizChevroil.

The CPC pipeline system is one of the largest investment projects with foreign capital in the energy sector in the CIS. The length of Tengiz-Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km; more than two thirds of all export crude oil from Kazakhstan and crude oil from the Russian fields, including those in the Caspian Region, are transported by this route. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also in poor weather conditions.
