The ceremony of hand-over of car keys was attended by Makhambet Dosmukhambetov, Governor of the region, and Kairgeldy Kabyldin, CPC-K Deputy General Director, RoK Government Relations.
The new cars will be delivered to hospitals of Kurmangazy, Isatai, Kyzylkogin, Makat and Makhambet districts, as well as to the regional first-aid station.
Speaking at the ceremony of ambulances hand-over, the head of the region Mahambet Dosmuhambetov emphasized that health and safety of regional population were always of paramount importance for the administration.
“We did our best to get prepared for the second wave of pandemic in the region”, - noted the Atyrau Oblast Akim. “This year the regional transport fleet of medical institutions has been essentially renewed and replenished. Today Caspian Pipeline Consortium has continued its good tradition. CPC funded the purchase and delivery of 12 UAZ ambulances. I am grateful to the company's representatives for their contribution to social improvements in the region”.
In turn, Kairgeldy Kabyldin, CPC-K Deputy General Director, RoK Government Relations, informed about on-going CPC social projects.
“For implementation of social programs in Kazakhstan, the consortium annually allocates up to three million dollars. These funds are used to build kindergartens, schools and sports grounds. To maintain stability in the region in case of a pandemic and to prevent it, we provide ambulances to the region. These vehicles are intended for rural areas, where during off-season period in the absence of good roads special vehicles often cannot reach remote villages. We hope that these ambulances will help doctors in their work”, - said Kairgeldy Kabyldin.
