Bidder’s Prequalification Notice
The Organizer hereby notifies the bidders of the prequalification to be conducted in regards of a subject tender.
All legal entities, entrepreneurs and their associations that are compliant with the criteria set out herein and capable on supplying the subject Delivery are invited to participate in prequalification.
Those who successfully passed the prequalification will be invited to bid and send the bid package.
The Organizer may decline to proceed with the tender at any time. The Organizer shall not reimburse bidders for any expenses or losses incurred in relation to their participation in the tender.
All parties compliant with the criteria set out herein and interested in prequalification should send an Application and all required documentation to the Tender Board Secretary per the procedure described in the Prequalification Package.

| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Being “gold” or “silver” status with the manufacturer (Cisco);
- Having authorized letter from the manufacturer (Cisco);
- Full execution of the conditions of the technical requirements attached.
Additional requirements to Bidders are described in the prequalification documents.
