| Key Bidder Selection Criteria |
Potential bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- A bidder shall have licenses for repairs of laboratory devices.
- A bidder shall have qualified personnel no less then 3-5 employees and submit the list of them and information that they have passed special training on analysers and chromatographs maintenance.
- It is necessary to keep equipment available for lab ware repairs.
- To be capable to ensure rush repair (during 2-3 days) or maintenance in case the device is out of order.
- To submit an authorized letter for operating lab ware issued by the firm-manufacturer.
- To submit the guarantee for services rendered and warranty period.
- To be well criticized by companies possess complete set lab ware to carry out testing of oil and oil products quality and to indicate volumes, telephone numbers (or e-mail) and customer representative name.
It is a must to fill in Questionnaire for Potential Bidder. See Questionnaire (Attachment).
