CPC and its Shareholders are fully aware of the social responsibility of their business as a moral and ethical commitment to the communities where the crude pipeline route goes, this being reflected in the Company’s diverse charities aimed at social help to the destitute, education, creative and intellectual development of people, living in these regions.
CPC Shareholders and Management have a good understanding that today when there is a drastic social stratification of the society one cannot stay indifferent to the complicated position of poor and socially unprotected population. Harmonious development of business and social environment surrounding it is a guarantee of stable, long-term and successful work of any enterprise.

Sincere appreciation is best expressed straight-from-the-heart, as it is in these letters of thanks received by CPC, and it is the key appreciation of CPC charities, not the official honorary certificates with pompous titles such as “To the Best Maecenas”. Below are just a few lines from the letters: «We are deeply appreciative of the aid rendered by CPC to our Social Rehabilitation Center for Adolescents. It is hard to express the gratitude of our staff for the happy flicker in the eyes of our children. If there are still people like you who can make children happy, then we can hope that the future for our country will not be bleak and unpromising. Thank you very much with all our heart.
