1. Полнота и качество заполнения представляемых документов;
2. Полное соответствие предложения участника по формату и содержанию Приложению 2 ("Расчет цены заявки на закупку") ;
3. Согласие принять к подписанию стандартную форму договора КТК и следовать принципам и положениям Кодекса делового поведения АО «КТК» в случае выбора победителем. (см. Приложение №1 к инструкции по закупке).

1. Completeness and quality of filling in the submitted documents;
2. Full compliance of the proposal of the participant in the format and content of Annex 2 ("The calculation of the price of the purchase application");
3. Consent to accept for signing the standard form of the CPC contract and follow the principles and provisions of the Code of Business Conduct of KTK JSC in the event of being selected as the winner. (see Appendix No. 1 to the procurement instructions).
