    Ships and lifts crude under the access rights of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.
    The second largest CPC shipper after Tengizchevroil, affiliated with several CPC shareholders.
  • NaftaTrans
    NaftaTrans and its affiliates are authorized to ship oil into the CPC on behalf of Russian producers in accordance with the rights of access to the Russian Federation.
