    Andrew McGrahan has been with Chevron for more than 30 years starting his career in 1981 working in the UK North Sea. For the last eighteen years he has been working primarily on Chevron’s Eurasian assets. He joined Tengizchevroil in 1993 playing a large role in developing the marketing and transportation strategy and infrastructure to export Tengiz crude, gas LPG’s and sulphur and has a significant role in developing Chevron’s overall regional transportation strategy.

    For the last 8 years he led Chevron’s position in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), leading negotiation on the $5.4 billion Expansion which concluded in the final investment decision being made in December 2010.

    Since 2007 he has been Chairman of CPC-R.

    In his current role he is responsible for all of Chevron interests in Russia which encompass primarily business development activities and also Chevron’s interest in CPC.

    He is married with three daughters.

    • 2003-2004: ENI (Agip) internship under the program of Oil Trading (Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, Singapore).

    Work Experience:

    • 1996-2009: In major oil and gas companies at managerial positions:

    • ZAO KazTransOil;
    • TD Lukoil-Kazakhstan;
    • From 2010 to date: General Director of KOO Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures.

    Nikolay Gorban General Director

    Born in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region on June 23, 1970.

    In 1997, graduated from the Donbass State Academy of Construction and Architecture majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering. In 2001, graduated from the Tyumen Oil & Gas University majoring in Design, Construction and Operation of Gas/Oil Pipelines and Gas/Oil Storage Facilities. Candidate of Science, Engineering.

    1988-1990 - military service with the USSR Armed Forces.

    1990 - started his working career as a foreman in a construction division of Nizhnevartovskdorstroy.

    1992-1995 - foreman, head foreman and production line supervisor in Varyeganzhilstroy.

    1995–1997 – Chief Engineer, Kreyt.

    1997-2006 – foreman, engineer, deputy operations manager, operations manager, deputy head of operations department, head of department in the Tyumen Trunk Oil Pipeline Division, Sibnefteprovod.

    2006-2010 - Deputy General Director, Operations, Chernomortransneft.

    2010-2012 - Chief Engineer, Mostransnefteprodukt.

    April 2012 - June 2016 – First Vice President, President of Transnefteproduct.

    From June 2016 – General Director of Caspian Pipeline Consortium.

    Received the Order of Dostyk (Friendship) Grade 2 Kazakhstan state decoration, a 120 Years of Kazakhstani Crude Oil anniversary medal, an Honorary Citizen of Kalmykia state decoration, the Medal of the Order for Merit for the Astrakhan Region, a Letter of Award by the Krasnodar Krai Fuel & Energy Industry Department, a Letter of Award by Chernomortransneft, a Letter of Award by the RF Energy Ministry, a Letter of Award by Transneft, holds titles of Honorary Oilman and Labor Veteran.

    Married, two sons and a daughter.
