Debottlenecking Program Debottlenecking Program is a logical continuation of CPC Expansion Project. It is designed to optimize the current capacity of the Consortium's oil pipeline system. The program implementation will increase reliability of the pipeline and ensure pumping of additional oil volumes (up to 83 million tons per year)
