CPC to Talented Children program has been underway in Kalmykia for 14 years. Each October-November the districts traversed by the CPC pipeline conduct the competitions where the local school children demonstrate their skills in dancing, signing, poetry, and various arts. The best of them get a ticket to a gala in the capital of the Republic.
