Pending EP construction, CPC financed an archeological survey along the whole pipeline route from Kazakhstan to Novorossiysk. The most interesting items found are Bronze Age jars, a Phoenician glass alabaster, Greek ceramics, terracotta Greek figurines, armaments; jewelry, bronze and golden coins, horse harness, etc.
The collected material is of great scientific value.
