Third Novorossiysk Chimes Festival Held With CPC Support

On September 7, 2024, the III open-air classical music festival "Novorossiysk Chimes” was held at the Central Stadium of Novorossiysk. The cultural event is supported by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and in cooperation with the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Black Sea Symphony Orchestra". Officials from Krasnodar Krai and the Hero-City Administration participated in the event.
This year classical works and opera arias by Russian and foreign composers were performed from the festival stage. Accompanied by the Black Sea Symphony Orchestra, they were performed by 20 soloists who came from Moscow, cities of Southern Russia, and from abroad.
The audience of the festival included about two thousand citizens, honored artists, representatives of the cultural community, pupils of music schools, veterans, etc.
For more than 20 years, as part of its charity support to the social sphere in its host regions, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R Joint-Stock Company has been implementing the projects and programs in the culture and education aimed, among other things, at preserving the national cultural traditions and values, fostering patriotism and a sense of pride in the centuries-old history and achievements of our Motherland.
The Novorossiysk Chimes classical music festival is one of those sought-after projects. The gala concert of virtuosos always gathers thousands of spectators and becomes a significant event in the cultural life of the city. Music connoisseurs invariably praise the festival program - symphonic masterpieces, fragments from famous operas and ballets.
As a reminder: a Cooperation Agreement - which includes also cooperation in the area of culture - between CPC and Novorossiysk Administration is in effect. In 2018, CPC earned the honorary Arts Patron of the Year Award by the RF Ministry of Culture for the reconstruction of the Kuban Culture Center in Novorossiysk. In 2021, CPC purchased acoustic, lighting and video equipment, prefabricated stage complexes and bleachers for the Marine Cultural Center municipal autonomous institution. At the same time, the municipal budgetary institution "Palace of Children and Youth Creativity named after N.I. Sipyagin" received a large-format LED screen and the Kuban Culture Center received a stationary projector for the auditorium. In 2023, over three thousand young Novorossiysk citizens from 10 Municipality communities participated in the traditional CPC to Talented Children festival.
