The festival "CPC to Talented Children", which was launched over two decades ago, is intended to promote and maintain folk traditions and culture, it gives the chance to young talents to reveal themselves and to acquire new skills during master classes with well-known teachers. Each year the festival discovers bright new “stars”, who will further represent appropriately their region at All-Russia's and international creativity competitions.
