Key Bidder Selection Criteria

Availability of a notification from the Ministry of Labor about being entered in the register of accredited organizations conducting SATS (presence of an entry in the register). 2. The presence in the staff of the organization of at least 1 (one) labor protection specialist, at least 5 (five) employees with valid certificates of experts of the SOUT of the Ministry of Labor, at least 1 (one) hygienist (confirmed by an extract from the staff list, a copy of the diploma and workbook). 3. The contractor has a quality management certificate ISO 9001:2015 (confirmed by a copy) 4. The participant has a License to carry out educational activities (confirmed by a copy). 5. Availability of a notification about the inclusion in the registers of organizations providing services of the functions of a service or a labor protection specialist, training of employers and employees in labor protection issues (confirmed by a copy of the notification) (presence of an entry in the register). 6. Availability of at least 5 (five) contracts for the revision (updating) of the IOT (Confirmed by copies of contracts without a financial component). 7. Availability of at least 5 (five) risk assessment agreements (Confirmed by copies, agreements without a financial component). 8. Availability of at least 3 (three) R&D contracts in the field of hazards and risks (Confirmed by copies of contracts without a financial component). 9. All documentation developed and agreed in the process of providing services by the Contractor is the property of the Customer. 10. The Contractor must submit an obligation not to copy, replicate, distribute, or use the drawings provided by the Company, elements of the CPC Corporate Identity Guide. 11. The Contractor must submit obligations not to copy, replicate, distribute, modify, or use the results of the services. 12. The Contractor must submit a commitment to comply with the CPC Code of Business Conduct. 13. As an example of work, the Contractor must submit, as an example of work, a Labor Protection Instruction visually designed using typographical layout techniques and other design tools with corporate identity elements to confirm the requirements for the provision of services. All legal entities and individual entrepreneurs meeting requirements set forth in a notice on conduct of a purchase (hereinafter, the “Notice”) are invited to participate in a purchase.

This Purchase is not bidding (tender, auction) pursuant to Articles 447–449 or public tender pursuant to Articles 1057–1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and shall not impose on the Company the obligations set forth by the above Articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This Purchase is not contest (tender, auction) pursuant to Articles 910-916 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall not impose on the Company the obligations set forth by the above Articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Company shall have the right to cancel the Purchase at any time without explanations, as well as terminate the Purchase without execution of the Agreement upon its results at any time and bear no liability towards Participants or third parties, which may incur losses through such action (including non-reimbursement to the Participants of the expenses borne by the latter due to participation in the Purchase).
