The first 2023 February issue of corporate CPC
Panorama is out. The year begins with a historically important milestone -
achievement of the pipeline system’s mechanical readiness to accept increased
oil volumes following implementation of the Debottlenecking Program. The
Program current status, plans for the year, remaining scope of work and other
details illustrated by the map of construction sites are in the interview of
Igor Lisin, CPC Technical Director - DBNP Manager.One of the key accents of the issue is the
research and development work that has found application in construction,
diagnostics, maintenance and repair of Tengiz-Novorossiysk crude pipeline
facilities. An overview of the R&D work, part of which is already in
successful operation and part is being implemented, shows that the topic needs
to be developed and continued. I.Gubkin University, known for its scientific
work, has become one of the partners in this implementation. For its 90th
anniversary, the University opened an exhibition of kerosene lamps, most of
which are unique works of art. "Pictures from the exhibition" is
supplemented by a historical sketch about the use of kerosene in lighting and
radio broadcasting, as well as a report about the opening of the main entrance
to the Gubkin University, renovated with CPC participation.
On its pages, the CPC Panorama traditionally
honors the anniversary celebrants, and Kairgeldy Kabyldin, whose name is
associated with the most important national and international oil and gas projects
of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is one of them. Fairly believing that one of the
main principles of the Company's work is corporate social responsibility,
Kairgeldy Maksutovich considers that the CPC to Talented Children contest has
no losers. The material dedicated to the 2022 Festival illustrates the photos
of the gala concert participants, conveying the atmosphere of this bright and
memorable festival. The taste of premium yogurts from the "sponsored"
Novorossiysk baby food factory, the freshness of virgin snow under the board of
an experienced free-rider, the riches and attractions of the Caspian Sea - the
correspondents and authors of the February issue tried to broadcast all these
things as faithfully as possible.

CPC Pipeline
System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy
sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511
km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as
well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that
