CPC Marine Terminal Comes Under Terrorist AttackOn 19 July 2026, during loading operations at the single point moorings SPM-1 and SPM-2, two sea tankers, ASIA, crude oil owned by Tengizchevroil (Chevron), and NISSOS IOS, crude oil owned by Kashagan B.V. and Maten (KazMunayGaz), came under a targeted terrorist attack with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
