
On July 9, 2025, CPC handed over Hawker HD100 excavator-loaders to the municipal services in Yenotayev, Krasnoyarsk, Kharabalin and Nariman districts of Astrakhan Oblast. The excavators were purchased by Caspian Pipeline Consortium as part of 2025 charity program. Igor Babushkin, Astrakhan Oblast Governor; Nikolay Gorban, CPC General Director; and Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations, participated in the special equipment handover ceremony.
Hawker HD100 universal excavator-loader is intended for construction, cargo lifting and transportation, and repairs of roads and utilities. All-wheel drive 100 h.p. vehicle is outfitted with two excavator buckets, hydraulic hammer with adapter plate as the additional attachable equipment, hydraulic rotary drill with double-pin suspension and auger, and grading bucket. The excavator-loader is able to dig a trench down to 5.6 m deep, and lift and transport up to 3.12 tons of cargo.
One of each of four such excavators (total cost over 35 mln rubles) were handed over to the Maintenance and Procurement Division of the Yenotayev District Municipality in Astrakhan Oblast; the Department of Capital Construction, Municipal, Road Facilities and Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk District Administration; the Blagoustroystvo (Landscaping) Municipal Public Institution of Kharabali City Municipality; and the Unified Dispatch Service of Narimanov District.

CPC is cooperating with the Astrakhan Oblast Government under a five-year Cooperation Agreement signed in June 2024. The document covers all socially significant spheres of the Region’s life: health care, education, culture, children’s sports, ecology and also provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable population. In 2024, CPC-R’s social program in Astrakhan Oblast exceeded 160 million rubles. Tax proceeds from the Consortium to the consolidated budget of the Astrakhan Oblast totaled over 4.5 billion rubles in 2024.
Almost 300 km long section of CPC trunk pipeline crosses Astrakhan Oblast territory, system pressure is maintained by three pump stations with Astrakhan PS being the largest one.
