
On June 18, 2025, a business meeting was held between CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban and Andrey Kravchenko, Head of Novorossiysk Municipality, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2025).
The Parties discussed matters of partnership between the Company and the hero-city under the five-year Agreement on Social and Economic Cooperation signed in 2022. The document covers all socially significant spheres of the Municipality life: health care, education, culture, children’s sports, ecology, and provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable population.

As a reminder, CPC-R social and charity program in the hero-city amounted to around 198 million rubles in 2024. Currently, the largest project under the program is the construction of the Children and Youth’s Cultural & Aesthetic Center in Yuzhnaya Ozereevka village. Andrey Kravchenko underlined that the project is highly relevant. The parties discussed topical issues pertaining to erection of the Center, work of the construction contractor, and the updated facility commissioning deadlines.
During the meeting, Head of Novorossiysk Municipality highly appreciated CPC initiatives in environmental protection, in particular with respect to improving mutual communication on volatile organic compounds emissions during tankers loading with population and

environmental advocates of the city and coastal villages. Andrey Kravchenko noted that over 10 large industrial companies conduct oil and oil products related business activities in the Novorossiysk port, and the Consortium is the leading one in terms of proactive environmental protection measures, i.e. slowing down oil lifting under adverse weather conditions and other. Also recognized were impressive CPC achievements in operational industrial safety and environmental protection.
Major operational facilities of CPC are located on the territory of Novorossiysk Municipality, such as the Marine Terminal with the Tank Farm that enables lifting oil to tankers through the single point moorings located at a distance of five km from the shore.
