CPC Marine Terminal Operation


​On August 4, 2023, near the operational area of the CPC Marine Terminal (water area 670), Russian Federation Navy ships repelled an attack by unmanned surface watercraft (USW).
As of 09:00 August 4, 2023 oil shipment to tankers moored to the single point moorings SPM-2 and SPM-3 was carried out in routine mode. There is no damage to the Consortium's infrastructure.
A temporary ban on ships movement in the CPC water district and the port of Novorossiysk was introduced, lifted later at 10:39 Moscow time August 4, 2023. CPC is carrying out the withdrawal of the tanker from the SPM-3 and the mooring of the next tanker for loading.
Another tanker loading in being carried out at SPM-2.
The forces and means of the contractor’s security units and on-duty watercraft are focused on visual detection of SWC and immediate notification when they are detected.
