Glebovsky village within Novorossiysk Municipality held on 18 December 2024 an opening ceremony for General Practitioner’s Office built and equipped under the charity program of Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
Additionally, the ceremony included handover of buses as well as medical and multimedia equipment that CPC purchased for municipal institutions operating in the area of transportation, healthcare and education. CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban, Minister of Healthcare, Krasnodar Krai, Evgeny Filippov, Head of Novorossiysk Municipality Andrey Kravchenko participated in the event.
Opening of General Practitioner’s (GP) Office in Glebovsky village follows the effort that started in 2019 aimed at ensuring accessibility of quality medical services for the rural area community in the vicinity of CPC Marine Terminal. Residents of Severnaya Ozereevka, Yuzhnaya Ozereevka, Vasilievka, Glebovskoye villages previously could not get outpatient services in their dwelling areas and had to attend urban institutions, with respective time and cost. In the course of several years, with CPC support, two paramedic-midwife stations and two GP Offices were built and opened in Glebovsky rural district.
The 218 sq.m. GP Office that opened in Glebovsky District is a full mini outpatient clinic that has consulting rooms for Pediatrician, Ophthalmologist, Gynecologist, US examination Doctor, rooms for medical treatment, vaccinations and an analytical lab. The construction cost was 40 Million Rubles, and additional 8 Million were spent to equip GP Office with special furniture, analyzers, sterilizers, pharmaceutical fridges, electrocardiographs, microscopes, gastrointestinal tract diagnostics equipment and other modern medical equipment.ovop2.jpg
For Novorossiysk Perinatal Center, Consortium purchased a mandatory lung ventilation apparatus at the cost of approximately 5.5 Million rubles. This hi-tech device allows to perform therapy for patients of different ages, including newborns, perform non-invasive and invasive lung ventilation, also with high-speed flow.
General Education School #25 of Semigorsky Khutor and School #31 of Glebovskoye village received under CPC charity program two buses seating 35, equipped with warning light, GLONASS/GPS and air conditioning. Two more medium-sized passenger buses with air conditioning and equipment for disabled people were handed over to MUE Municipal Passenger Transport of Novorossiysk. Upgrade of the vehicles fleet will provide support for the educational system and municipal infrastructure.
For the City Culture Center, schools and pre-school institutions of Novorossiysk, the Consortium purchased 41 3D printers along with spare consumables and respective software. It is not the first time that CPC supplies 3D printers and other multimedia equipment for educational organizations of Novorossiysk, such support promotes creative and technical development for children and youth, helps get most needed job skills.
The overall value of vehicles and equipment handed over on 18 December 2024 to Municipal organizations exceeds 113 Million rubles.
