CPC Takes Part in Sochi All-Russia Occupational Health Week

Caspian Pipeline Consortium takes part in the IVth All-Russia Occupational Health Week, which is held on 9-13 April in Sochi. The CPC delegation headed by General Director Nikolay Gorban comprises First Deputy General Director Dennis Fahy, Engineering and Projects Consultant Christopher Scott Bowen, HSE Consultant Richard Vincent, General Manager Engineering Igor Lisin, MT Regional Manager Oleg Ivanischev, WR Regional Manager Sergey Potryasov, CR Regional Manager Ivan Sharay, ER Regional Manager Sarsembay Murinov.
The All-Russia Occupational Health Week is a unique forum assembling about 10 thousand practicing specialists, representatives of supervisory and executive authorities, employers and trade unions, top managers of industrial enterprises, business and state corporations, foreign experts and representatives of international organizations, where comprehensive discussions, including opinions of all parties, are held on the issues of occupational health and safe working conditions at workstations.
The key event of the Week will be a strategic plenary session “Occupational Health: Achievements and Challenges”, covering the current problems of health, safety, environment, occupational medicine, ways of their solution and personnel training.
CPC has participated in the All-Russia Occupational Health Week since 2015, and this year it acts as a strategic partner.
The Consortium exhibition stand is situated in the partner alley. There, it is possible not only to learn the latest CPC news, communicate with Consortium representatives, but also fill in a special form "Cooperation Application”. All proposals will be reviewed necessarily by the Company Management. For CPC, the All-Russia Occupational Health Week is a good opportunity for a professional dialogue and exchange of experience on the subject of priority importance.

CPC pipeline system is one of the largest investment projects in the energy industry with participation of foreign capital on the CIS territory. The length of the pipeline connecting the oil fields in Western Kazakhstan with the Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk is 1,511 km. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with single point moorings which allow for safe tanker lifting at a considerable distance from the shore, also when the weather conditions are unfavorable.
