Results of the second round of the contest “CPC to Talented Children” were announced in Stavropol Krai

A gala-concert was given in the Stavropol Youth Center to celebrate the end of the second round of the children and youth creativity contest “CPC to Talented Children”. Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations, Sergey Olesov, Deputy Minister of Culture of Stavropol Krai, and other officials participated in the competition award ceremony.
“Comprehensive development of the younger generation is one of the top priorities of today. I am confident that the contest "CPC to Talented Children" will allow its participants to rise to a new level of proficiency, obtain new friends, and for many young people it will become a start in the professional career ,” said Sergey Olesov, Deputy Minister of Culture of Stavropol Krai, in his speech.
 
Before the gala concert, the winners of the regional round and their teachers took part in master classes arranged by famous arts professionals, Honored Artists of Russia, laureates of various international competitions.
Viktor Shershnev, Ballet Master of the State Dance Company “Russky Sever”, Expert Choreographer in the Moscow Department of Culture, Mikhail Behterev, Lecturer of the Russian Institute of Dramatic Art (RITI-GITIS), Maxim Puryzhinsky, Lecturer of the Chamber Band and Quarter Chair in the Moscow State Conservatory named after Chaikovsky, Irina Bogutskaya, Deputy Head of the Variety Jazz Singing Chair in the Institute of Modern Arts, shared their know-how with young talents.
In the course of the ceremony, commemorative diplomas and awards were granted to the distinguished participants and laureates of the competition. The winners in their nominations, participants of the first and second rounds of CPC to Talented Children received certificates for a trip to Moscow, where master classes for laureates and the gala concert will take place on October 26-30, 2018.
The festival "CPC to Talented Children", which was launched almost two decades ago, is intended to promote and maintain folk traditions and culture, it gives the chance to young talented people to reveal themselves and acquire new skills at master classes with well-known teachers. Each year the festival discovers bright new “stars”, who then represent appropriately their region at All-Russia's and international creativity competitions. CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects in energy sector with participation of foreign capital in the CIS. Length of the Tengiz–Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km; it transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including the Caspian Region.
