CPC delivered state-of-the-art equipment to Novorossiysk healthcare facilities

On February 28, 2019, CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban and Novorossiysk First Deputy Mayor Svetlana Kalinina delivered state-of-the-art medical equipment to City Hospital No 1 and Polyclinic Hospital No 2. A formal ceremony also attended by CPC First Deputy General Director Operations Kenneth Yoss, First Deputy General Director Russian Government Relations Mikhail Grishankov and CPC Shareholder Companies’ representatives took place at City Hospital No 2.
Caspian Pipeline Consortium purchased the modern medical equipment for a total value of over RUR 24 million as a charity project, including two Renex-RC digital x-ray diagnostics systems and an Omicron digital mammography system.
It is noteworthy that the ceremony took place in the Hospital No 2 building renovated in 2017. CPC had allocated almost RUR 48 million to fund that charity project. Construction contractors replaces all utilities, the roof, the floor, windows, and doors and reinforced the walls. A 2-story annex was added to the main building, allowing to increase the building floor area up to 940 m2. The renovation resulted in 12 new doctor offices, increasing the health care institution’s capacity from 200 to 400 patients per day.
For almost two years now, CPC has been executing various charity programs and projects in Novorossiysk. Hundreds of millions of roubles have been provided to the municipality as aid since 2001. In 2018 alone, CPC allocated almost 225 million Rubles to social projects in  education, health care, culture and children's sports. Recently commissioned new facilities  include a Children Tennis Center and the Pobeda Archery Complex for Archery.
