CPC to First-Graders of Kuban

More than 4,4 thousand first-graders of Kuban received school backpacks as a present from CPC on the eve of the Knowledge Day. In the framework of CPC traditional charitable program, the employees of Caspian Pipeline Consortium handed over the backpacks with school kits to the pupils of eight districts of Novorossiysk.   Representatives of the Kuban district administrations also joined the events marking the beginning of a new school year.
This year, the backpacks were presented to 598 first-graders in Kavkazsky district of Kuban, to 597 in Dinskoy and Krymsky districts each, to 330 in each of Abinsky, Tbilissky, Ust-Labinsky, Koreovsky, Krasnoarmeysky district, and to 980 first-graders in Novorossiysk.  The first-graders from large families and other families in need of social assistance, as well as foster children of remedial schools have also received presents.
Water resistant rigid-frame soft adjustable shoulder strap schoolbags are complete with felt pens, sets of color pencils, rulers, triangular rulers, copy books, scissors, pens,  drawing books, water colors, sets of brushes, folders, covers for copy books and textbooks, etc.
The international consortium allocated over RUR 12.6 mln for the “CPC to first-graders” program implementation in Krasnodar krai in 2019.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects in energy sector with participation of foreign capital in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz–Novorossiysk Pipeline is 1,511 km; it transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor weather conditions.
