Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director for Russian Government Relations, and Novorossiysk Mayor Igor Dyachenko presented benefactor charity certificates to heads of the city’s social infrastructure establishments at the Novorossiysk city administration office on 21 October 2020. The papers confirm that medical equipment was purchased, delivered and commissioned for a total value of  almost 17 million rubles.
The ceremony was attended by Roman Breus, Deputy Mayor of Novorossiysk, Olga Boytsova, Head Physician of Infection Hospital No. 3, Irina Romanova, Director, Schooler-2 Information Resource Center, and Olyesya Chistopolova, Director, Treasure Island Kindergarten No 18.
The format of the event where the charity certificates were presented at the city administration office had been selected considering the current epidemiological situation in order to ensure additional safety of all attendees during the COVID-19 pandemic period.  Infection Hospital No 3 received three Lufter 5 artificial lung ventilation units.  As is known, this equipment is very much in demand nowadays, since it is designed to be used in intensive therapy and emergency room departments.

The equipment will help develop children’s knowledge at the Programming Academy, an innovation center which allows even junior school children to acquire programming skills.
Treasure Island Kindergarten No 18 which was built for CPC’s charity funds in the village of Glebovskoye in 2014 and celebrated its 5-year anniversary last December also received a set of interactive and multimedia equipment for pre-school children’s education.
Charity aid provided to Novorossiysk residents, primarily children and pupils, totaled about 1 billion rubles from 2001 thru 2019 . CPC has allocated another almost 93 million rubles for social projects in education, health, culture and sports in Novorossiysk in 2020.
