Nikolay Gorban, CPC General Director, and Yuri Zaitsev, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia, delivered advanced equipment to health care institutions operating the region in Elista on 26 January 2021. Caspian Pipeline Consortium allocated 22.4 million rubles to purchase three photofluorographic units and a transportation incubator for newborn infants.
The low-dose digital photofluorographic units, ARS-DIAKOM, were received by the Iki-Burul, Chernozemelskaya, and Yashkulskaya district hospitals. High performance of the modern digital equipment and the capability to produce x-ray pictures in large format ensure timely prevention of tuberculosis and other illnesses in the population.
The ATOM Model V808 transportation incubators were placed at the disposal of the newborn emergency and intensive care department of the Shungayeva Perinatal Center. This multi-purpose modern high-efficiency equipment unit with an inbuilt artificial lung ventilation feature is designed to safely move infants both within a health care institution and transport them over long distances by air or road.
CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban and the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia Yuri Zaitsev also had a working meeting to discuss issues related to cooperation in the social sphere. The Consortium’s head confirmed CPC’s intention to maintain the charity program in the republic on a scale comparable with last year in 2021. CPC is ready to consider the Kalmykia administrations proposals regarding this year’s projects and programs in the near future. Traditionally these include education, health care, culture, ecology, and children’s sports support.
As a reminder, CPC allocated around 86 million rules to implement social projects in Kalmykia in 2020.
For reference.

CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also in poor weather conditions.
