CPC handed over hi-tech equipment to cultural and educational institutions of Novorossiysk

20210316-3.jpgOn March 16, 2021 General Director of Caspian Pipeline Consortium Nikolay Gorban and Head of Municipal Novorossiysk Administration Igor Dyachenko handed over certificates for hi-tech multimedia equipment to three urban cultural and educational centers.

For the needs of Municipal Institution “Marine Cultural Center” CPC purchased speaker, light and video equipment, modular stage sets and stands totalling almost RUR 25.5 million. This equipment will help the municipality administration hold various events (which traditionally include the City Day) of local, federal and international scale engaging the maximum number of Novorossiysk residents and visitors. Modular stages and stands were selected so as to ensure weather resistance, in particular, resistance to strong sea winds.

20210316-4.jpgMunicipal Budgetary Institution “Sipyagin Children and Youth Creativity Palace received as a gift a wide 5.1 x 3.2 m LED screen to the value in excess of RUR 1.7 million.

Municipal budgetary institution “Kuban Cultural Center” received a stationary projector NEC P554W for the event hall to the value in excess of RUR 150,000. CPC has been for many years providing continuous support to Kuban Cultural Center, starting from the building restoration.

Specialized stage equipment was purchased under the 2020 charity program. The amount of CPC charity aid to the hero city totalled approximately RUR 90 million in 2020 and has exceeded a billion rubles from the start of partnership in 1998.

The CPC Pipeline System is one of CIS largest energy investment projects that involves foreign capital. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route moves over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil along with crude from Russian fields including those in the Caspian region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM), allowing tankers to be loaded safely at significant distance offshore, including in poor weather conditions
