CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban and the Atyrau Region Deputy Akim Kayrat Bekenov opened a new building of a Youth House on 17 May 2021. Construction work funded by CPC-K JSC in the amount of KZT 241 million were going for about a year.
Modern, spacious, bright two-story building, which replaced the building of the 60s of the XX century, is designed to comfortably accommodate 25 pupils. According to the design, there are a kitchen, laundry, recreation and self-study rooms, conference hall which can also be used as a movie-theater and a gym on the first floor . The latter is equipped with a stationary bike, treadmill, multifunctional strength-training complex, strength-training machine and a chest-machine.
The bedrooms are on the second floor. They are equipped with all necessary furniture, including individual closets.
The Youth House has been created to help children from children’s villages and graduates of orphanages, boarding schools for orphans and children without parents in social adaptation. Adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 23 live in the Youth House. Having received the necessary experience of behavior in society, they move into their own apartments provided by the state.
In 2020, CPC-K JSC assigned $3 million to implementation of charity projects in Atyrau Oblast. In the last five years alone, the Consortium has invested about $10 million in development of the Region’s social infrastructure.
